I use the Post Office several times a week and have always found the staff and service fantastic. I post a lot of parcels from items Ive sold online and they always inform me of the safest / best postage to use. Its also great to be able to do my banking now the local NatWest has closed. I choose to come here over my nearest post office as the service is much friendlier and professional.
Friendly, helpful and dont try and sell you unnecessary additional postage insurance! Brilliant
Extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff at Keyworth Post Office - even the simplest of manners is completely beyond them.The previous staff were never like this. The current public employees will treat you (and everyone else in the queue) with utter contempt whilst you're there, so get in and get out as fast as you can!They aren't worthy even of the minimum one-star rating here.
Helpful and polite staff who you know and they know you. A good range of stationary and services. I've never had any problems in sending, or collecting parcels. The local posties are great too.
I have always found Sunita and her staff first class with help and any information anyone needs. The Post Office is always well stocked with cards for all occasions and goods one would need in the stationary department. The staff are very polite and always willing to help. I think the people in Keyworth are lucky to have a Post Office and I hope they will continue to patronize it.
