Completety gutted. My daughters wanted her hair cut for about a year if not more it was at her bum. She also wanted a fringe put in. We showed pictures of the fringe below eye brows and the out come is shocking I have hadn't 7 year old in tears because she hates it!!!!!!!!!! On Christmas Eve too. 38 for a flipping child's gut!!!!!!!
