My friend received a bouquet of flowers (if you can call it that). The flower descriptions on your website state clearly that they arrive in water, and this bouquet had absolutely no water in the bottom. The Roses were not fresh, and were so soft and open. The lisianthus, although colourful was wilted and clearly not fresh at all, and for the chrysanthemum's, the stems were dry, and flowers had some missing and broken heads. From a floristry background myself, this bouquet was noticeably thrown together with very little care. For a business with over 50 years of combined floristry experience, I am shocked that you can allow something of that quality to leave your shop. The price paid for these are not reflected in the flowers delivered.

I've always loved the flowers from this shop, so when I wanted to send flowers locally (I don't live in Keyworth) i knew who to phone. I let them choose the flowers ... the only specifications were to use seasonal colours and to add something "smelly". The flowers were delivered as agreed and the recipient loved them.
