Can not fault Elsa Boutique in the slightest. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I've got 2 different style dresses for my bridesmaids which are absolutely stunning! I can't wait for my big day to see them all in them. Whenever I needed advice, they have been on hand to help me out. Thank you so much Elsa Boutique for all your help and making my bridesmaids look stunning.
Extremely disappointed with our visit to Elsa Boutique. We were charged a 10 appointment fee, which was supposed to give us an hours slot. It only took us 10 minutes to look through the dresses and unfortunately the one we had looked at on the website wasn't available; we were told we'd have to pay 30 to have it delivered to the store if that was the one we wanted . The appointment was rushed and not the enjoyable one it should have been. The whole appointment was over in 40 minutes and we left empty handed. We have visited a couple of other shops since...where we haven't been charged 10 up front. We won't be returning or recommending.

Lovely service from all of the staff. Listened to my daughter and made her look and feel like a true princess .Her prom dress is something that still gets talked about and we are in owe of how incredibly gorgeous she looked on the night, we cannot thank Elsa Boutique staff enough for how warming, kind and very knowledgeable they all are there! Quality and prices are brilliant, made us feel very welcome considering my daughter is a plus size girl she was treated beautifully. Would highly recommend without a doubt. We shall see you in the future with my other girls in your new bigger and better boutique. x
